With our new expiry reminders features, customers are notified via SMS text message 7 days and 3 days before their loyalty card and rewards expire so they come back to your store.
Customers can also extend the expiry by a week if they engage with our recently-released chatbot feature. Each customer can extend the expiry dates of their loyalty card and rewards only the very first time they start a chat with the chatbot.
